Meltorium is a breathtakingly beautiful and dangerous world. Its low gravity environment ensures everything seems to float and drift, lending the planet a weightless, dream-like feeling for visitors. The entire surface of the planet is made up of giant seething lava fields that glimmer and glow brilliantly in the light.
Unbeknownst to most, the planet is inhabited by the curious, defiant species of giant lava creatures, made out of molten rock and stone. They hide deep in the fiery depths, living in a vast network of underground lava cities and tunnels, the lava version of Atlantis. They form an intricate society, both advanced and mysterious, that many brave adventurers have tried to explore in the past.
From the near-constant scorching heat above ground, to the unknown secrets and riches found deep within the lava cities, Meltorium is an exotic destination that daring travelers and explorers have ventured to for generations, enduring the intensity and danger of its hostile environment in search of new knowledge, experiences and adventure.

The Meltorium Lava Creatures are a proud, hardy species. They are humanoid in shape, but their bodies are completely made of molten rock and stone, glowing bright in the lava fields like stars in the night sky. They have no eyes, but possess an innate sense of direction and awareness of their environment that helps them navigate their underground cities with ease.
Their culture values strength, industriousness and loyalty, and they are known for their keen problem-solving skills and relentless determination. Their knowledge of their world is vast and ancient, with many secrets and mysteries that human explorers can only dream of uncovering. The Lava Creatures rule their kingdom with wisdom and justice, and visitors are often welcomed to explore and experience their unique culture.
