Thanatos is a searing hot lava world where rivers of molten rock flow across the surface. The planet is encircled by a ring of lava, and its atmosphere is thick with ash and smoke. Temperatures on Thanatos are so high that the rock melts and boils, creating a hostile environment for any life forms that might try to exist here.
