Somium is an icy world nestled in the celestial expanse. Snow blankets the planet's rocky terrain and the air is so cold and thin that one could barely breathe. The world is home to a unique silicon based life form known as the Rocktopians, who inhabit the underground caves and tunnels beneath the planet's surface. In the depths of these caves are vibrant ecosystems, populated by a variety of creatures adapted to the frigid environment. At night, the sky is lit up with an incredible array of brightly colored lights from the planet's moons and stars. It's a beautiful yet eerie sight, one that's sure to captivate anyone lucky enough to witness it.

Rocktopians
The Rocktopians are a silicon based species with an appearance akin to giant crystals. Though brittle in texture, the Rocktopians are quite resilient; they have adapted to their icy climate, gaining a heat-absorption ability that allows them to regulate their body temperature in extreme cold. They often move around in large, coordinated formations, and can produce a mesmerizing sonic symphony by clanging their rock-hard bodies together. Although they maintain a strict code of pacifism, the Rocktopians are fiercely protective of their home and are willing to fight fiercely to protect it. They have an intricate knowledge of their underground environment, allowing them to navigate in the dark better than any other species.
