Fertilium was a large ice world - a beautiful, mysterious place. Its unique environment was home to the Fertilite Cult - a group of powerful, feminist women dedicated to the celebration and nurturing of fertility. A refuge for those seeking the gift of motherhood, Fertilium welcomed new arrivals with open arms and a sense of warmth, like a cozy cottage tucked away from the coldness of space. Journeying to the planet, one could feel the positive energy from the supportive matriarchal culture that infused the land.
Visitors to the planet often experienced a sense of awe and wonder, witnessing the mystical fertility rituals of the cult. A place of honor and reverence in the universe, Fertilium was a place where women could truly come together, content in the knowledge that the act of birth was sacred and each baby born was a precious gift. It was also known for the Fertilite Well - a large pool of pure water said to have been blessed by the goddess herself and be repository of all the secrets of fertility.

Fertilium is home to the Fertilite, a species of small, humanoid creatures that have an heightened awareness of the planets energy and the fertility rituals of the cult. They posses the ability to channel the power of fertility, granting each of them a heightened, almost prophetic understanding of the gift of conception and birth.
The Fertilite are a vibrant species, often wearing brightly coloured garments and adorning their heads with feathers and jewelry to represent the reverence for fertility. Though small in size, their presence is strong and their voices are powerful, as they sing and dance as part of the fertility rituals. They are thought to be capable of communing with the goddess directly, and speaking to her in their language of song and movement.
Though Fertilite can be found all over Fertilium, their largest concentration is found around the Fertilite Well. It is said that these creatures of the water possess deep knowledge and unwavering faith in the power of the goddess and her gift of creation.
