Basstion is a terran world that's as vibrant and mysterious as it is legendary. It's a landscape of sticky heat during the day, and thick fog in the night that is often broken by the sound of of its nocturnal bass creatures. It's also home to some of the most beautiful natural amphitheatres in the universe - with rippling rivers and roaring waterfalls that snake around its core. What's more, the older regions of the planet are covered in a gridlocked architecture - tangled with high rises, cobbled streets and neglected industrial sites. Basstion is a world of endless wonder, ripe for exploration and discovery.

Endemic species
The Basstians
Basstion is home to a species of tall, humanoid creatures who inhabit the rainforest of the planet. They are an ancient and enigmatic people with eyes of crystal blue, pure white hair and a sharp, angular tail that acts as an extra appendage. While they appear peaceful, they are quite territorial and are skilled hunters. They are known to use the fog of the night to their advantage and are adept at hiding in the shadows. While their culture remains mostly a mystery, legend tells of a deep connection with nature and the ancient spirits of the land.
