Endemic species
Inqueana
The Inqueana are native to Tsenauqa and are amphibious humanoids with a unique affinity for the planet's emerald waters. They have evolved to be both agile swimmers and dexterous climbers, able to traverse the vast ravines and cliffs of the ocean walls. They are a hardy species that thrive both above and below the waves, using the resources of the sea and the land to their advantage.
The Inqueana have large eyes and gills that allow them to stay under-water for hours at a time, reaching depths of up to 100 meters of a time. Their bodies are covered in small scales and their skin changes color depending on the temperature of their surroundings, ranging from a light pinkish-orange to a deep blue-green. They are an intelligent species, with an advanced knowledge of biology and the oceanic environment.
The Inqueana are highly social creatures and live in small tight-knit communities, interacting with each other in a fun and playful manner. They have a language of their own and a rich culture that celebrates aquatic life and the beauty of Tsenauqa.
