Endemic species
The Sorokins
The species that lives on Dunivaa is known as the Sorokins. They are a race of tall, slender beings with skin colors that range from pale yellow to deep ruby red. They have four long limbs and two wings, allowing them to soar through the sky with ease. They have large, luminescent eyes which can see in the dark and small, pointed ears that allow them to hear in the vast emptiness of the desert. Some of the Sorokins have a curious ability to manipulate the environment around them, creating cool oases of water in the desert and dense vegetation in the sand. The Sorokins are believed to be highly intelligent, creative and spiritual, and they are often sought out as wise advisors and companions.
