Popas Toenail 17

Not yet surveyed.

Popas Toenail 17 was just as inhospitable as one might expect for a barren world, with a thin atmosphere and terrain scattered with hardened, damp osseous and callous epithelial spillikin. The planet's yellow hue was a result of its high sulfur content, and the air reeked with the smell of minerals and bacteria. The night skies were filled with stars so dazzling they seemed to come alive, while in the day, dust storms would blow the white sand across the horizon. Despite its harshness, those brave enough to venture to Popas Toenail 17 found its serenity and beauty captivating and unforgettable.

Popasians

The hardy, nomadic creatures that call Popas Toenail 17 home evolved and adapted to the planet's harsh environment, developing a thick, leathery exoskeleton that can withstand the scalding temperatures, while also maintaining its flexibility to allow the creatures to move and explore the barren terrain. These amphibious creatures have large, multifaceted eyes that enable them to see through the haze caused by the sulfur-laden atmosphere, and they produce a low-pitched humming sound that echos across the planet's desolate landscape. Its long, spiked antennae allow them to detect the slightest trace of movement in the area around them and to communicate with each other in times of strain. Although often thought of as a solitary species, the creatures of Popas Toenail 17 are fiercely loyal to their own and form strong, familial bonds that remain unbroken by the unforgiving environment.
