Thistleria

Not yet surveyed.

Thistleria is a barren world, seeming completely devoid of life at first glance. But upon closer inspection, there is a miraculous revival of species occurring all around. Majestic thistles spread out across the terrain, swaying in the light breeze and sending a gentle, earthy scent into the air. Intertwined with these are the magnificent golden flowers that have seemingly appeared out of thin air and alongside the grass that has become an unexpected addition to the dreary landscape. In Thistleria's fields and valleys, the most surprising discovery is being made: the adorable grasshopper creatures that are native to this barren world. The creatures are remarkably resilient and have developed a symbiotic relationship with the thistles and golden flowers, thriving off the nutrients and energy the vegetation provides. The most intriguing aspect of Thistleria, though, is the secret seed saving laboratory that is hidden beneath the terrain. Here, seeds are carefully collected and stored in order to preserve the species and ensure the continual re-generation of life on Thistleria for years to come.

Endemic species

Thistle Hoppers.

The grasshopper creatures native to Thistleria appear as small, bipedal insects with long and slender bodies that are covered in iridescent green and blue scales. They have two large wings that allow them to traverse the terrain with remarkable speed and agility, and two antennae on their heads that help them navigate the terrain and sense changes in the atmosphere and environment. They have four eyes that give them a very wide range of vision and allow them to spot potential predators from a distance. This has helped them survive in their hostile environment and thrive amongst the thistles and golden flowers. These grasshopper creatures have adapted to living in the barren terrain, learning to make use of the vegetation in order to provide them with the necessary sustenance they need. They have also learnt to coexist peacefully with the other species that populate Thistleria, doing their part to keep the delicate ecosystem in balance.
