Pequeno Picante Planate was an unassuming little world, dwarfed by the giant planets that surrounded it in the solar system. But hidden in its molten depths lay a virtually infinite source of fiery energy, with raging volcanoes and roaring magma pits erupting in a show of awesome power. Those brave enough to venture to the surface were met with fire demons that flitted between the craggy rocks, and dragons hovering over the clouds of ash and smoke. Between the scorching heat, the constant seismic activity and the awe-inspiring volcanic eruptions, Pequeno Picante Planate was a sight to behold -- but one best visited from a safe distance.

Flammawings
The fiery world of Pequeno Picante Planate is inhabited by a species of hardy, adaptive creatures known as the Flammawings. With their distinctive wingspan of up to five feet and their bright orangey-red scales, they possess an innate ability to sense even the tiniest changes in the world around them. This gave them an impressive edge in surviving the difficult terrain of the planet, allowing them to thrive in the extreme heat and volcanic ash of their home.
Adaptable and fiercely intelligent, the Flammawings have created a complex culture and economy around the abundant lava rivers, with artisanal blacksmiths crafting everything from weapons to jewelry from the raw metal extracted from their environment. They are also masterful architects, building dwellings and towers by strategically stacking rocks and boulders in the face of the harsh environment.
Known as a proud and strong species, the Flammawings have a deep connection to the planet of their birth and protect it with fierce loyalty, often braving the molten heat to lure away curious interlopers and ensure that their world remains a secret.
