Sxsx is an ethereal world that hides its mysterious secrets from all who try to explore its remote reaches. This Terran world is blanketed in a constant haze of illegal dust, making it difficult to traverse the terrain. As the yellow fog clears, travelers are often shocked to find strange mutations of plant and animal life. The people of Sxsx wear porcelain masks that are a symbol of their resilient spirit; no matter how hard outsiders try to exploit the planet’s natural resources, the inhabitants of Sxsx remain dedicated to protecting their world from harm.

Endemic species
The Sxsxans
The native species of Sxsx are a curious amalgamation of humanoid and reptilian features. Their skin is scaly and mottled, with blue and green stripes running along their arms and legs. The eyes are large and almond-shaped, and their mouths, noses and ears are small and rounded. They are a slender people, with a flexible body and agile fingers perfect for traversing their misty environment.
The Sxsxans are a fiercely independent species, rarely mixing with outsiders and viewing visitors with a critical eye. They are resourceful and self-reliant, capable of surviving in the harshest of climates with very little resources. They have developed a complex culture that is steeped in tradition and superstition, and they worship the planet as a living entity, believing that its misty depths hold secrets of great power.
