Rattysia is a toxic world overrun by rats. Everywhere one looks there are millions of rodents skittering among the sludge and slime. It is a kingdom of trash, of discarded bits and bobs from across the galaxy that have been forgotten without consequence. Everywhere one looks, a bit gross and queerness pervades; Rattysia is a planet unlike any other. Rumors speak of a dreaded rat king who rules the planet with an iron claw, reigning over the planet with a benevolent cruelty that is simultaneously disturbing and fascinating.

Endemic species
Rattysians
The dominant species on Rattysia is a race of bipedal rats known as the Rattysians. Possessing an impressive intellect, they are a hardy species that have adapted to the poisonous atmosphere of their home world. Their scaly skin is a mix of yellow, grey, and brown and is often adorned with tattoos of their own design. Rattysians have long tails that they use to keep balance and can flex their limbs to amazing lengths. They also have incredibly sharp claws which they use to burrow through garbage and are strongly resistant to disease. An intelligent and resourceful species, the Rattysians have been able to subsist in their harsh environment for thousands of years.
