Urn

Not yet surveyed.

Urn has been called a barren world, but it's so much more than that. In some ways it is truly a ghost world, as if spirits of the long dead inhabitants linger in the air, whispering forgotten secrets. The surface of the planet is dotted with remnants from the past, all eerily silent. It's almost as if time has stopped here - nothing ever changes, and yet everything is changing. Even the rocky terrain is slowly shifting and evolving over time, though the changes are imperceptible to the naked eye. As the only living inhabitant, it is both a lonely and fascinating journey to explore Urn. You can almost hear the phantom voices of the victims of long forgotten history, carried along by the wind. Uncovering the past in this barren land is an experience like no other.

Endemic species

Urnians

The native species of Urn is an odd one, created by the very same forces that have formed the desolate landscape of the planet. Despite the harsh conditions, these creatures have adapted to survive in this unforgiving environment. Their bodies are covered in a thick, leathery skin that is incredibly strong and resilient. It serves as protection from the intense sun and the punishing winds of Urn. They also have four, long limbs that end in sharp claws, perfect for scaling the rugged terrain and digging into the soil in search of food and water. These creatures have a strange, almost unearthly intelligence. They can sense what is coming, almost predicting the future. They are able to communicate with one another through a series of loud, haunting calls that bounce off of the barren rock and echo throughout the atmosphere. Living on Urn is a unique and haunting experience - but one that these creatures have adapted to, and in some ways, even embraced. It is a testament to the strength and resiliency of life, even in the most inhospitable places.
