Gargamel’s Folly was once a beautiful world, lush and green with life. But that was before the mad wizard Gargamel unleashed his planet-cracker weapon. Now the world is a ruined husk, fragmented and consumed by darkness. The few remaining survivors cling to life in the ruins, eking out a meager existence. But even in its ruined state, Gargamel’s Folly holds secrets.
The Archon Telaxus Re’vanni is on a quest to uncover the secrets of the planet-cracker, in the hope of using its power to protect his own world from harm. But the darkness of Gargamel’s Folly is threatening to consume him too.
The Survivors
The aliens of Gargamel’s Folly are a sad and sorry lot. They are the survivors of a world that was destroyed by the mad lord Gargamel. They cling to life in the ruins, eking out a meager existence. They are a dark and brooding people, their eyes full of sadness and despair. They dress in ragged clothes, and their bodies are covered in scars. They have lost all hope, and they know that their world is doomed. But even in their despair, they cling to life. They are a tough and resilient people, and they will fight to the end.
