Aqueaen

The Aqueaen, a species of sentient fish, live in the depths of Pania's lava oceans. They have a fish-like body and are covered in shimmering scales that come in a dazzling array of blues, purples and emerald greens. They are incredibly intelligent and have developed a deep understanding of their environment, using the elements to their advantage. They also have the ability to manipulate the gems and diamonds that rain down from the sky, using their powers to create beautiful and intricate sculptures of their environment.
