Emerging from the clouds, it's a utopian settlement fully powered by energy beings – entities only possible in the most advanced technological world. Little is know of the city's past, but it's now a paradise, and the people who live there are some of the most content, happy and peaceful souls in the universe.

The creatures that inhabit this one-of-a-kind settlement are the Aerons, a species of humanoid aliens with wings for arms and a body made of pure energy. They have glowing eyes, with both the pupils and irises composed from a bright, rainbow-like color palette, and their wingspan can measured up to two meters long. They are capable of incredible feats of flight and can move with unparalleled speed and agility through the dense atmosphere, and their powers of telekinesis and psionic abilities allow them to manipulate their environment as they wish. The Aerons are a wise species, possessing an ancient knowledge of technology, science and the metaphysical that far eclipses human understanding. They are kind, generous and incredibly wise. They have a deep connection with one another, and with the environment around them, allowing them to live a peaceful, idyllic life in complete harmony with their environment.
